This book is written in anticipation of a tsunami of leadership transition in the church. The aging of our generals and the infrastructure they command is compounded by the fast fast pace of change in the world as we know it. This cocktail of conditions gives us indications that the church must get ready for change. Unfortunately there is a chasm between the preparation of the incoming leaders and the demands of the assignments being given to them by the church.
